This legendary restaurant recently welcomed a new chef, Nicolas Le Tirrand, who has introduced a menu of classical, sharp and delicate cuisine to the famous establishment. The decor is thoroughly Parisian, with mirrored ceilings that open up in the summer, sumptuous wallpapering, and a sense of the theatrical (think tuxedo-clad waiters bringing you a Grand Marnier crepe on a silver platter). It’s almost better than a night at the opera.
